WMR SERVICE BULLETIN 01

WMR has been testing the new four stroke KAWASAKI & SUZUKI KX250F& RMZ250F for the past few months. One of the first problems we came across was the need for a billet plug cap on the front of the cylinder head.

There is a small rubber plug right above the exhaust that has been blowing out of the cylinder. If you loose this plug the oil escapes through the hole and could damage your motor if not caught in time. You will be done riding for the day because there is no way to stop the oil from pouring out without the factory plug. Chances are you won’t even be able to find a replacement plug at your local dealer because many of the new bikes are experiencing the same problem.

To fix this WMR built a small billet plug cap that bolts right on over the rubber plug (see photo). The plate will not allow the plug to blow out. This is a must have item for anyone riding one of the new four strokes.

WMR is currently testing and developing, Cylinder head porting specs, Air box modifications, Extra capacity radiators, High pressure radiator caps, Titanium valves, springs & retainers, High compression pistons, triple clamps, and much more for the new four strokes.
